Big and comfy bed, clean bathroom and nice pool area

My large room came with comfortable bed, bathroom plus a toothbrush. The staff was really helpful and professional and the pool area was clean. Plenty of food for breakfast, it was good. The service was excellent, that made the hotel stylish and ideal place. Could use their free parking.

The staff behind the counter were excellent. The female behind the desk was great. Lobby and parking were very clean

The eating section for breakfast was much too small. A staff member with the breakfast crew wearing plastic gloves, went out to the pool area and brought in a table and four chairs. Dusted and cleaned the table and chairs with a rag still wearing the plastic gloves then still wearing the gloves helped a customer with the waffle maker still wearing the same gloves she wore while cleaning.

The service was EXCELLENT, including a friendly check-in. Location: the hotel was just next door to Very close to the beach and shopping next door.

The first room had a weird smell, they graciously moved us to another room, which also had a smell but not as bad.

Best part was the soft pillow. Second best the breakfast. Third best free wifi that I didn't need to sign up and waste a bunch of time before getting to use it.

Wife said the room smelled like old man. The shower drain didn't drain - was standing in 3 inches of water after simple shower. Drained in 15 min. One elevator for 4 floors took forever. For $155 and a decent name brand, I expected more.

Had a great time enjoying the heated pool and relaxing on the sun terrace. Pro tip, make sure to check for room upgrades. They offer awesome amenities 😊

The Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Cocoa Beach was a great place for our family. The Beautiful Suite was spacious and had a cozy seating area perfect for evening chats. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We appreciated the shuttle service to the cruise port.

Not staff's fault to fire alarm went off at 3am on our last night and had to evacuate for almost an hour. some thoughtful person apparently decided to smoke in their room

Quiet at night so you could sleep and the breakfast, yummy. Would recommend to friends and family.

Had a strange smell around refridgerator area.
